(1) Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. (2) Payment for photography sessions is due on the date of the session as is payment for prints, electronic media and other goods, unless stated otherwise. (3) Payment can be made by cash or direct bank deposit. (4) Reasonable efforts will be made to supply the goods and services in accordance with any timeframes or specifications described above. Any delays in the timeframes will be communicated with client. (5) Enliven Photography reserves all moral rights in works resulting from the services (“Works”), and will have a perpetual, royalty free licence to use the Works for advertising and promotional purposes. (6) You hereby irrevocably release and discharge Enliven Photography from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Works, including any claims based on defamation, copyright, privacy or right of publicity. You give the same release on behalf of any other person who appears in the Works. (7) To the extent permitted by law, Enliven Photography's liability in connection with the goods is limited to replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods or paying the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, and in connection with the services is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again. (8) Your payment or instruction to supply the goods and services is your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Your booking is not secure without the booking agreement form and a 20% booking fee (this comes off your final payment). The balance of your photography package price MUST be paid on the same date as the photography session. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, however the price at the time of paying your booking fee is honoured. If you decide to reschedule your photography session to a later date, your price will only be garenteed for a period of 6 months from your first scheduled date. Prices listed in this website do not include travel fees and/or weekend / public holiday surcharge fees. A small travel fee may apply to photography located outside a 20km radius of postcode 2137

REFUNDS

The booking fee is non-refundable. Wc can not provide refunds if you decide to cancel less than 30 days before your photography session or event. Rescheduling due to  COVID / government restrictions is acceptable. In the event that a photography session is not completed for reasons such as equipment loss or failure, illness or any other unforeseen accident, Enliven Photography's liability to the customer shall be limited to return of the customer's deposit. Any digital files not purchased will be deleted after a period of 6 weeks after your session date.
